Shipping & Returns

Basic Delivery FAQs

Delivery is charged by weight.

  • €9.00 – up to 2kg (example: single framed print up to 12 X 8 in a 16 X 12 frame).
  • €11.00 – from 2kg to 5kg (example: two 12 x 8 and one 6 X 4 framed prints).
  • €13.00 – from 5kg upwards.

We deliver to anywhere in Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland)

No, not at this time. We only deliver within Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland)

Orders over €250 are shipped free of charge.

You will receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on your orders’ deliver status. 

We use AnPost for the majority of our shipping. Larger heavier packages, or where multiple packages are shipped for a single order, we will use PDP other another courier service at our discretion.

For a successful issue-free delivery, having the following details will help.

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Eircode/Post Code
  • Mobile Phone Number

White Labelled Shipping FAQs

White Labelling is where we remove any mention of The Framed Photo from the packaging. This is a great option when sending framed prints to your clients giving the impression you sent shipped their order yourself. We put your details on the shipping label as the sender.

At the checkout, choose the option that says “White Labelled Order”. Ensure to include your clients details in the Shipping Address.

No, there is no extra fees for white labelled shipping.

If you select the White Label service, we will use your details as the sender. Which also acts as the return address.

The tracking number is always sent to the account holders billing email address. You can share the tracking number with your client after you receive it from us.

We use unbranded pain boxes to ship orders to your clients when using the white label service.

No, we do not include any invoices or packing slips in the box for our white label service.

Returns FAQs

Yes, but only on damaged items. Ensure to check items upon delivery for any damage.

Of course. If it makes it easier for you or your client, your client can send the damaged item directly to us for a replacement. Please make sure to fill out the returns form within 14 days of delivery before sending anything to us. Packages that come in to us without a Returns Number will be returned to sender.

For damaged items, we pay the return shipping. Once we have determined the damage on the item(s), we will issue you with a return shipping label. 

The first thing you need to do is fill in the returns request form. Using the form you will be asked the order/invoice number, Name, Address, Phone Number and details of the item you are returning. You will also be asked to upload photos of the damaged items.

We will asses the damage and send by email a returns label.

Put the damaged item back in the box ensuring it is packed securely, then print it out the returns label and attach it to the box.

Drop the box off at your local post office.
